Our right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed after delivery of the product, we cannot refund payments or exchange products. For the product to be approved for return, it must be unused and unopened. Some product types are excluded from the revocation. To return your product you need the invoice or proof of payment. Please do not send the product to be returned to the manufacturer (shipper). As soon as we have received and inspected the returned product (and it meets the conditions), we will send you a confirmation email and confirm the refund of the payment. If the return of the product was successful, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within a few days. The shipping costs (when purchasing the product) are non-refundable.
According to § 312 g Abs. 2 No. 1 BGB, the Taag Card is excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Only products purchased at the regular price can be refunded.
Exchange of products
We only exchange products that are damaged or faulty.

In the event of a return, any costs incurred will be borne by the customer (buyer).
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return. We recommend sending the product with a tracking ID or insurance.
